I've got a few tips to share that I hope you'll find helpful! When it comes to dividing sedum plants, here's what I suggest: In early spring, when new shoots are starting to appear, it's time to dig up the entire plant! Then, with a sharp knife, carefully separate the root ball, making sure each piece has several shoots and some root system. Once you've done that, you can replant it at the same depth as before and give it a good drink to help it settle in.
